CPAP Machine Prescription and Purchase Disclaimer

CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) machines are classified as Class II medical devices by the FDA and require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider before purchase. These devices must be purchased through authorized medical equipment suppliers, licensed resellers, or durable medical equipment (DME) providers who are authorized to dispense prescription medical devices.

It is unlawful to sell or purchase CPAP machines without a valid prescription. Authorized resellers are required to verify prescriptions before completing sales.
